Increase test scoring. According to Butler County community college, 70% of high school seniors have to take an intermediate English class before entering English 101 due to failing on their ACT's.
Behavioral problems in the classroom. Due to many behavioral problems, teachers are unable to equip 100% of their time to their curriculum.
Parental rights in the classroom. Parents should know what is being taught in their child's classroom.
